JUST FOOD: Because it is never “just food”

This year’s CAFS Conference will take place virtually, hosted by the Culinary Institute of America & New York University, and bringing together members of the Canadian Association for Food Studies, the Association for the Study of Food and Society, the Agriculture, Food & Human Values Society, and the Society for the Anthropology of Food & Nutrition.

The submissions deadline has now passed and accepted presentations have been announce by email. The call for proposals is below.
